You might want to first throw away the rule book you’ve been following and create your own Vibrant Living Blueprint - before you start making changes or burn it all to the ground! Because it’ll make making those changes to your life a lot less stressful.

How do I know? I’ve been there!


I know what it’s like to be on a path that fits family & cultural expectations and should make you happy and fulfilled but... doesn’t. 


I went through a few cycles of this in my 20s and 30s. Some small changes and some massive - changing geographic locations, jobs, starting & leaving a PhD program - where I even gave up things I loved because the situation went from stagnant to unbearable. 

Like when at 29 I decided to leave a strong social community, activities I loved, a condo I owned, and a well-paying job I enjoyed all because I knew something was missing. One day this image popped into my head:

All I could hear was a scream in my head, “Is this the rest of my life?!?

My decision to then leave for a PhD program didn’t go quite the way I thought it would (I withdrew 2 years later). But what I learned is that I wouldn’t have had as many starts & stops if, instead of diving straight into finding a different path, I’d paused to look inward first.

And this requires that we give ourselves 1) some space for deep introspection and 2) permission to experiment.

This is what the Jumpstart is about.


Over 5 weeks, we’ll work together to focus on the core foundations, tools, and processes that will help you to deeply reconnect to yourself so that you’ll be able to:

  • design your schedule, days, and life in a way that consistently enlivens you 

  • dive into that hobby or project you love and/or have been dreaming of but put on the back burner because… ‘adulting’

  • have the freedom and flexibility to experiment with what would allow you to flourish more  

  • feel more relaxed, engaged, and at peace, in general

  • Explore your Human Design basics so you can be more aligned and effective in your information processing & decision-making strategies

  • Create your energy tracking plan, leveraging Cyclical Living principles so you can start uncovering your natural rhythms and patterns

  • Map your soul desires and vision of lush, vibrant living based on your personalized definition of success and fulfillment, so you have touchstones for you to revisit (and refresh) when needed

  • Design your sanctuary oasis and personalized formula for regenerative vitality so you can fuel your inner vitality in a sustainable, well-resourced way

All of this comes together to form your individualized Vibrant Living Blueprint.

Once you have your blueprint, you can continue to experiment and refine how you design and live a vibrant, impactful life that’s true to you.
